Archbold defeated both Liberty Center and Wauseon in a NWOAL tri-match held Monday at White Pines. The Blue Streaks won with a score of 161, the Tigers were next with a 185, and Wauseon third at 198.
Archbold’s Ian Radabaugh was a medalist after shooting a 38. Brandon Miller of Archbold followed him with a 39, Trevor Rupp 41 and Mitch Grosjean 43.
For Wauseon, CJ Moser recorded a 41, Eric Parker a 48, Trent Armstrong 51 and Caleb Leu 58.
The Indians then took third in a non-league tri-match against Bryan and Defiance Tuesday at Ironwood. Bryan won with a 169, Defiance posted a 174 and Wauseon 188.
Moser paced the Indians with a 44. Bryan was led by Case Hartman who shot a 40, Peyton Lamberson who had a 41, Owen Beaver 42 and Connor Shirkey 46.
The NWOAL league golf tournament is Friday morning beginning at 9 a.m. at Auglaize Golf Club in Defiance.
