Wauseon defeated Napoleon, 68-29, in a Greater Northwest Ohio Aquatic Conference diving meet held last Wednesday.
Highlighting the event for Wauseon was Patience Bachman who took first in the 15-16 girls age group and also set a record for that age group. She scored 235.9 points with her dive.
Also in that age group, Alexys Carteaux was runner-up to Bachman.
In the 8 and under girls age group Aizlynn Coronado placed first for the Indians. Wauseon’s Tristan Burkholder was first in the 8 and under boys division.
Bailey McGuire placed first in the 11-12 girls division for Wauseon while Jasmine Jimenez took third. Carter Hite placed first for the Indians in the 11-12 boys division.
The 17-18 girls division was won by the Indians as well, as Jordan Sloan took first and Lexi Witt was runner-up.
