Pettisville softball traveled to Stryker on Monday and picked up a 12-2 victory in six innings.
Both Kaija Blosser and Amber Klopfenstein led the Blackbird offense with a pair of doubles and a single each. Mallory Riegsecker added two singles and a double.
Pettisville notched 16 hits overall.
Kyra Behnfeldt got the win in the circle, going the full six innings, allowing just five hits while striking out five Panther batters. Stryker’s Miranda Maynard was credited with the loss.
Pettisville hosts Buckeye Border Conference foe Fayette tonight before traveling to face Holgate on Friday.
