Huffman garners POY honors

Local girls frequented the Northwest Ohio Athletic League all-league girls golf teams that were announced after the conclusion of the regular season in September.

Archbold’s Brayton Huffman was awarded player of the year honors. The coach of the year honor went to Delta’s Jon Mignin.

Joining Huffman on the first team for Archbold was Carly Grime. Jordan King and Halle Frank were named to the first team for Wauseon. Evergreen’s Chloe Creque and Kasey Nelson of Patrick Henry also were selected.
