The NWOAL released their all-league girls basketball teams earlier this week with many county players receiving recognition.
League champion Evergreen had a pair on the first team. Seniors Haili Mossing and Eden Eisel had the honor.
Also on the first team were Kierstyn Repp of Archbold, Morgan Mattimore of Delta, Hannah Blake of Montpelier, and Katie Wagner of Patrick Henry. Blake was named player of the year.
Coach of the year honors went to Evergreen’s John Langenderfer.
For Wauseon, senior Anna Marshall was named second team all-league. Sophomores Karli Penrod and Rylee Campbell were honorable mention.
