Lady Indians fall short to Oak Harbor

Wauseon girls soccer fell at Oak Harbor on Thursday, 4-0, in a Division II sectional final game.

Goalkeeper Hannah Spadafore recorded 15 saves for the Indians.

“The girls played great and worked hard,” said Wauseon coach Jordanne Buehrer on the game. “Despite the loss ending our season, the team looked good and we’re all optimistic for next year with everyone returning. I’m very proud of this group of girls and all the hard work they put into this season.”

Wauseon finished the season at 6-9-3.
