Wauseon tennis defeats Rossford, falls to Anthony Wayne

The Wauseon girls tennis team won a home match over Rossford, 4-1 on Tuesday.

The Indians swept the singles portion of the match as Autumn Dominique won 6-0, 6-1 in first singles, Mackenzie Eberly 6-0, 6-0 in second singles, and Paige Moden 6-0, 6-0 in third singles.

Their second doubles team of Samantha Martin and Kaitlyn Sager won 6-7, 6-4 and 10-7 after winning a tiebreaker in the third set.

Adding in a 5-0 loss to Anthony Wayne on Monday, the Indians currently sit at 7-9 on the season. Their next contest is next Monday when they welcome in Archbold.
