Metamora man named director at Wolf Creek

Lutheran Homes Society (LHS) recently announced the appointment of Jason Napierala as Executive Director for Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek, a senior living community located at 2001 Perrysburg Holland Road in Holland.

As Executive Director, Napierala will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, community outreach, and business development of the Wolf Creek campus, which includes independent living, assisted living, short-term and long-term skilled nursing care, and rehabilitation services.

Napierala has worked in the long-term care industry for 25 years. Most recently, he was employed for four years by Genesis HealthCare as the Administrator of Swanton Valley Center in Swanton. Prior to that, Napierala worked four years as the Administrator at Golden Living Center-Northcrest in Napoleon.

Napierala is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Ohio. He earned a bachelor’s degree in administrative services from the University of Toledo. He worked his way through college as a state-tested nursing assistant (STNA) and has maintained that certification throughout the years by continuing to work shifts as an STNA. He lives in Metamora, Ohio, with his two sons.

“Honesty, I am excited to advance the goals of the ministry and to work with the team at Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek to make the health care delivery system the best that it can be,” Mr. Napierala stated. “Working together, I am sure we will be nothing but successful.”

“Jason comes to us with many years of experience as an administrator and has demonstrated a passion for providing quality care and service,” stated Steve Dumke, Vice President/COO. “He has a strong commitment to the LHS mission and is a welcome addition to the Lutheran Homes Society family.”
