The following individuals were sentenced recently by Judge Jeffrey Robinson in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.
Mathew Dewitt, 32, of Archbold previously pleaded guilty to theft and two counts of forgery. Between Sept. 2 and Oct. 6 of 2016 he stole blank checks and forged them.
He was sentenced to five years of community control, and ordered to: have no contact with the victim; successfully complete the SEARCH program in Bowling Green; and successfully complete the Drug Court program.
Failure to comply could result in 12 months in prison for theft and for each count of forgery, to be served consecutively, for a total of 36 months.
