Authorities are investigating a break-in that occurred at 14970 County Road 2 in Metamora. On April 10, suspect(s) pried open the steel door on a barn and stole the following items: an 18-volt Dewalt cordless drill, model DC825B, serial number 676623; a black Dremel 8200 cordless 12-volt high performance rotary tool, serial number 00901; a Rockwell Soni Crafter 2.3 amp oscillating saw, model number RK5102K; a Dewalt 18-volt cordless drill, model number DCD951; a Dewalt 18-volt cordless reciprocating saw, model number DC385; a Dewalt 18-volt cordless drill, model number DC759LA; a Dewalt 18-volt fluorescent area light, model number DC759LA; a Stihl 20-inch Farm Boss chainsaw with orange plastic bar sleeve, model number 041AVFB20, serial number 110181057; two Dewalt plastic cases containing screw driver bits; an orange plastic case with a 20-inch Stihl chainsaw, model numberMS362, serial number282956278; a black Dewalt carrying bag; and a Dewalt combo set including an 18-volt cordless drill and the 18-volt impact drill. Total value: $3,155.28.

Authorities are also investigating a theft at 11351 County Road 14 in Wauseon. On April 16, suspect(s) stole a 2015 yellow 46-inch Cub Cadet XT1 riding lawn mower with a ball hitch, serial number 1D265H30089. Total value: $1,599.99.
