Wauseon man sentenced for permitting drug abuse

The following individuals were sentenced recently by Judge Jeffrey Robinson in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.

Devon Harris, 22, of Wauseon previously pleaded guilty to permitting drug abuse. On June 14, 2016, he was the driver during a drug sale.

He was sentenced to two years of community control, and ordered to: stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol; be assesssed for drug/alcohol treatment and comply with any recommended treatment; abide by an 11 p.m.-6 a.m. curfew; pay $260 restitution to the Multi Area Narcotics Task Force; and serve two days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

Failure to comply could result in eight months in prison.
