Staff Report

A Northwest Ohio Woodland Workshop is planned by the Ohio State University Extension during the month of March. It will be held Tuesday, March 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Swanton Community Center, 217 Chestnut St.

The workshop is for woodland owners who want to explore a broad range of topics that concern the woodland they own.

Learn about the importance of tree diversity, test your tree ID skills and learn about the good and the bad when it comes to wildlife. Sessions will be indoors and outside with hands on for some topics.

The cost is $35 per person. Pre-registration is required by March 8, 2017.
