A City of Wauseon pool levy is among many issues that voters throughout Fulton County will decide in November. City voters will decide on a new five-year, 2.6-mill levy for parks and recreation that would help to fund a new pool.
Four proposed charter amendments were also filed to appear on the ballot in Wauseon.
Three countywide issues have been filed. The levies are a 10-year, 0.5-mill replacement levy for health department programs and a five-year, 2-mill renewal with 2-mill increase for emergency medical services.
A proposed county charter initiative was also filed. It, however, has been challenged by a trio of local residents. The Secretary of State will decide whether it will appear on the ballot.
In Swancreek Township, the West 1 precinct will decide on a zoning plan.
Amboy Township voters will see a five-year, 1-mill renewal for fire expenses. In Clinton Township a five-year, 0.6-mill renewal with 0.2-mill increase for fire expenses was filed.
Gorham Township has a five-year 0.5-mill replacement levy for maintaining Pleasant View Union Cemetery. Royalton Township has a five-year 1.8-mill renewal for fire.
In York Township, excluding the Village of Delta, there is a five-year, 1-mill renewal levy for roads.
The Village of Delta has filed for a five-year, 1-mill levy renewal for recreation and for an electric aggregation. In Lyons, voters will see a five-year, 3-mill renewal for current expenses.
In Archbold, there is a five-year, 3.3-mill replacement levy for current expenses.
In Swanton’s fourth precinct, voters will decide on Sunday sales of spirituous liquor at the Swanton American Legion.
Also, Liberty Center voters in Fulton County will decide on a five-year, 1.3-mill renewal levy for Liberty Center Library expenses.
All issues have been filed but not yet certified.
