Coon Supper

Friday, Jan. 20, 5 p.m.-midnight, Fulton County Sportsmen Club, 7700 County Road 14. All you can eat game meats, chili, beef, meatloaf, side dishes, refreshments, $20/adults, $10/15 years and younger. Also a firearm raffle with multiple guns, door prizes, 50/50 raffle. Fish fry

Friday, Jan. 20, 4:30-7 p.m., St. Caspar Catholic Church Parish Life Center, 1205 N. Shoop Ave. Fried and baked fish, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, apple sauce, drinks, dessert. Adults/$8.50, ages 7-12/$4.50. Hosted by St. Caspar Knights of Columbus, and benefits church’s Relay for Life team.

Sandwich sale

Wauseon FFA Alumni will be sell sausage sandwiches at the Friday, Jan. 20 Wauseon basketball game after 6 p.m. Proceeds benefit the Wauseon FFA program. Those not attending the game can purchase sandwiches at the Ag Shop door on the northeast side of Wauseon High School.


Aging & Health

Tuesday, Jan. 24, 11 a.m.-noon, Delta Senior Nutrition Site, Delta United Methodist Church, 101 Northwood Drive. Learn how diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement affect both your body and brain. A representative of the Alzheimer’s Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter, will focus on the latest research and provide scientific insights into how to optimize both physical and cognitive health during aging. American Legion music

Silver Eagle Pact Band, Saturday, Jan. 21, doors open at 6 p.m., Delta American Legion #373, 5939 State Highway 109. Rock, country, and blues from late ’50s to early ’70s. $5 cover; bar open and snacks available.

Friday, Jan. 20, 5-7 p.m., at Lyons VFW Post #7574 and Auxiliary, 122 W. Morenci St. Alaskan pollock, scalloped potatoes, cole slaw, baked beans, lemonade, coffee. $9/adult, $4/children 6-12, and ages 5 and under and 90 and over free.


Spaghetti Dinner

Saturday, Jan. 21, 6-7 p.m., St. Richard School. Includes salad bar, garlic bread, soft drink, and ice cream and an Italian cookie for dessert. $10/adults, $6/children 12 and under, $8/senior citizens and high school students.
