The Studio opens


Store manager Amy Young does the honors at a ribbon cutting held Thursday for the opening of The Studio, located at 201 N. Fulton St. in Wauseon. It’s a community-based store and program of Triangular Processing designed for creating, sharing, and selling art in all mediums. All profits will go toward Board of Developmental Disabilities programs in Fulton County. Artists are invited to have their works reviewed for display and sale by calling 567-454-1339. The space is also available for custom parties. Store hours are Thursday and Friday, 12-5 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The ribbon cutting was also attended by Triangular Processing Executive Director Kathy Shaw, Wauseon Mayor Kathy Huner, Fulton County Commissioner Bill Rufenacht, The Studio staff, Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Bill Drummer and Chamber members, and clientele of the Board of DD.
