Three people including an Archbold man were arrested Monday following the confiscation of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Members of the Multi Area Narcotics Task Force, along with the Napoleon Police Department and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant at 50 Sunnydale Lane in Napoleon and found suspected cocaine and drug abuse instruments at the residence.
A subsequent probation search conducted at 203 E. Williams St. in Archbold uncovered additional drug abuse instruments.
The authorities charged Timoteo A. Salinas, 75, and Gina Fonseca, 66, both of the Sunnydale Lane address, with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. They also charged Jose L. Salinas, 53, of the Archbold address with a probation violation.
All three are currently being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio pending initial court appearances. Additional charges against them, along with a case file for Gracicia Salinas, 46, of the Archbold address, will be presented to the Henry County Prosecutor’s Office for presentation to a grand jury.
The officers conducting the search were assisted by Adult Probation of Fulton County and K-9 units from both Henry and Fulton counties.
