Montpelier man sentenced for drugs

The following individuals were sentenced recently by Judge James E. Barber in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.

Jason S. Stull, age 31, of Montpelier previously pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs. On or about May 5, 2015, he possessed oxycodone and diazepam.

He was sentenced to two years of community control, and ordered to: serve 66 days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; pay prosecution costs and counsel fees; not consume or possess alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs; not enter bars or taverns; obtaln a GED; successfully complete the SEARCH Program and aftercare; seek and maintain employment; ablde by an 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew; and surrender his driver’s license for six months, with occupational and treatment driving privileges.

Failure to comply could result in 11 months in prison.
