Wauseon man sentenced for drugs

The following individuals were sentenced recently by Judge James E. Barber in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.

Jimmy Bailey, 34, of Wauseon previously pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. On Nov. 3, 2015, he had Fentanyl in his possession.

He was sentenced to three years of community control, and ordered to: pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees; seek and maintain employment; be assessed for drug/alcohol treatment and successfully complete all recommended treatment and any aftercare; stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol; serve 73 days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio with credit for time served; and surrender his driver’s license for one year, with privileges for work, probation appointments, church services, and treatment appointments.

Failure to comply could result in 11 months in prison.
