Sarah Schwert, who went missing from her Delta home over the weekend, has been located in Westland, Mich., according to Delta Police Chief Nathan Hartsock. She was found unharmed and is in the care of the Westland Police Department.
Sarah’s parents had discovered the 16-year-old missing Sunday morning.
