Grand jury indicts 15 people


The Fulton County Grand Jury recently considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.

Ada J. Shaver, 42, of Delta was indicted on one count of possession of heroin. On or about Jan. 25, 2015, she allegedly possessed heroin.

Sadie J. Shaver, 21, of Delta was indicted on one count of possession of heroin. On or about Jan. 25, 2015, she allegedly possessed heroin.

Henry W. Marksch IV, 27, of Archbold was indicted on two counts of possession of heroin. On or about April 20, 2015, and July 16, 2015, he allegedly possessed heroin.

Benito Alaniz, 28, of Archbold was indicted on one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs. On or about July 28, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell morphine in the vicinity of a juvenile.

Steven T. Garcia, 48, of Fayette was indicted on one count of illegal cultivation of marijuana and one count of tampering with evidence. On or about Aug. 11, 2015, he allegedly cultivated marijuana and allegedly tampered with evidence in an official proceeding or police investigation.

Michael L. Dominique, 68, of Fayette was indicted on one count of illegal cultivation of marijuana. On or about Aug. 11, 2015, he allegedly cultivated marijuana.

Darnae L. Petty Jr., 28, of Toledo was indicted on one count of trafficking in heroin. On or about Sept. 14, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell heroin.

Ian C. Ruffer, 26, of Wauseon was indicted on one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs. On or about Sept. 18, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell the drug MDMA (Ecstasy).

Thomas H. Green, 20, of Delta was indicted on one count of trafficking in marijuana. On or about Sept. 18, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell marijuana.

Dayvon W. Boston, 22, of Toledo was indicted on one count of trafficking in heroin. On or about Sept. 22, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell heroin in an amount more than one gram but less than five grams.

Jayson M. Franks, 33, of Montpelier was indicted on one count of theft. On or about Oct. 15, 2015, to Oct. 24, 2015, he allegedly sold property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.

Robert M. Jordan, 22, of Swanton was indicted on two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle. On or about July 19, 2015, he allegedly discharged a firearm while in a motor vehicle.

Timothy P. Printke II, 21, of Delta was indicted on one count of burglary and two counts of theft. On or about May 7, 2015, to July 22, 2015, he allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure and allegedly stole property.

Justin R. Perdue, 27, of Lyons was indicted on two counts of domestic violence, two counts of criminal damaging or endangering, one count of grand theft, and one count of having weapons while under disability. On or about Dec. 27, 2015, he allegedly stole a firearm and allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member. He also allegedly caused a substantial risk of physical harm to the property of another.

Juvincio Rocha, 73, of Wauseon was indicted on one count of failure to appear on personal recognizance bond. On or about Jan. 7, 2016, he allegedly failed to appear for his sentencing in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

An indictment is merely an accusation, and all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
