Two people were sentenced recently by Judge James E. Barber in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.
Shane Machala, 24, and Jo Mohn, 28, both of Wauseon, previously pleaded guilty to breaking and entering. On July 21, 2015, they entered the Pettisville School Recycling Center with the purpose to commit a theft offense.
Machala was sentenced to two years of community control, and ordered to: pay prosecution costs; pay a $250 fine; and serve 14 days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, with work release.
Failure to comply could result in 11 months in prison.
Mohn was sentenced to one year of community control, and ordered to: pay prosecution costs; pay a $250 fine; serve 12 days in CCNO, with credit for time served; and seek and maintain employment.
Failure to comply could result in six months in prison.
