“Saving the Farm for the Next Generation: Estate Planning Strategies to Keep the Farm in the Family,” an adult farmer/landowner session on estate planning, will be held Monday, Jan. 18, 7 p.m., in the Pettisville Agriculture Room.
Conducted by Marc Warncke and Rob McColley of Clemens Korhn, Liming & Warncke, Ltd. of Defiance, the session will focus on how to help move assets to a young adult interested in farming. Warncke has spent a 25-year law career assisting with estate planning, real estate, and business planning. McColley, Ohio’s 81st District state representative, focuses on estate planning, real estate law, taxation, and business planning.
All Pettisville Agricultural Education Adult meetings are open to anyone in the area, regardless of school district.
