A Napoleon woman has been sentenced to two years of community control after being found guilty of stealing narcotics.
Nicole Cooper, 34, previously pleaded guilty to theft of drugs. On or about Aug. 18-19, 2015, she stole oxycodone-acetaminophen.
Fulton County Common Pleas Court Judge James E. Barber also ordered Cooper to pay restitution of $130.52 to the victim; be assessed for outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, and successfully complete any treatment recommendations; have no contact with the victim; serve 44 days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, with credit for time served; seek and maintain employment; stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol; and surrender her driver’s license for six months, with limited driving privileges for work, probation appointments, church, treatment, and child custody issues.
Failure to comply could result in 12 months in prison.
