The Eyes of Freedom traveling memorial arrived in Fulton County on Friday. The memorial honors the 23 fallen soldiers of the Ohio-based Lima 3/25 Company who lost their lives in 2005 while serving in Iraq. The life-size mural paintings traveling the country honor all military personnel from yesterday, today, and tomorrow. A motorcycle escort accompanied the memorial as it traveled from Toledo Harley Davidson through Swanton, Delta and Wauseon, to its destination at the Fulton County Museum, above.

Following a motorcycle escort into the county, an opening ceremony was held Saturday morning at the Fulton County Museum for the Eyes of Freedom memorial. It will be on display at the museum through Saturday.
