Lisa A. Bumb

Marital Status: Spouse- Michael

Age: 59

Education: Mansfield St. Peter’s High School; Ohio State University

Civic Organizations: Fairlawn and Sauder Village – volunteer, Archbold Sesquicentennial Committee, St. Peter’s Catholic Church, National Watercolor Society, Ohio Watercolor Society.

1. Why are you running for office?

Service before self. Civic duty.

2. Why should people vote for you?

It will be a privilege and an honor to serve as a village council member; working with dedication for our citizens, while planning the continued success and future of Archbold.

3. What are you two main goals if elected?

Continuing the longstanding tradition of excellence in government and fiscal responsibility; while planning for success, serving Archbold’s citizens with dedication for our future.

4. Have you held office before?

School board – 2000-2004.

5. Do you have anything else to add?

Thank you for your vote of confidence on Nov. 3. Archbold is a great place to call home.

Kevin D. Eicher

Marital Status: Married

Age: 60

Education: Archbold High School

1. Why are you running for office?

To keep improving our village.

2. Why should people vote for you?

I’ve been on council for eight years. I’ve helped with the village work.

3. What are your two main goals if elected?

1. To keep improving our streets.

2. Spend our money the right way.

4. Have you held office before?

Village Council from 2007 to present.

5. Do you have anything else to add?

No.

Brian Huffman

Marital Status: Married, Trena

Age: 37

Education: Northwest State, Business Management.

Civic Organizations: Archbold Fire Department, Archbold Rotary, Junior Achievement, Archbold United Methodist Church.

1. Why are you running for office?

The health and well being of this community that I have grown up, work and worshipped in is very important to my family and I. Serving on council is a way for me to give back to my hometown.

2. Why should people vote for you?

As a lifelong resident I feel as though I have a good pulse on the village of Archbold, which will translate into good representation that is aligned with local values.

3. What are you two main goals if elected?

1. Support the important transitions happening in key leadership positions within the village.

2. Explore ways to shore the village general fund which is our community’s means to provide public safety through police and fire services as well as other quality of life issues that impact Archbold citizens daily.

No.

5. Do you have anything else to add?

Not at this time.

Kevin L. Morton

Marital Status: Married

Age: 52

Education: Archbold High School 1981, Miami University 1985.

Civic Organizations: Archbold Rotary, Archbold United Methodist Church

1. Why are you running for office?

My experience is needed due to recent and pending retirements. I will be the only remaining member of the Police and Fire and Finance committees.

2. Why should people vote for you?

I bring stability, experience and 48 years of proudly living in this community. I take this responsibility seriously and will use my leadership skills more than at any time in previous terms in office.

3. What are you two main goals if elected?

Stabilize police department.

Assist with transition from old administration to new including mayor and village administrator.

4. Have you held office before?

Seeking fifth term on village council.

5. Do you have anything else to add?

I always approached my position on council as though we are running a business. I believe my business background makes me the most qualified to do this job!
