Delta man sentenced for heroin

A Delta man was sentenced to community control Oct. 9 in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on a drug conviction, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.

Scott Pfaff, 27, had previously pleaded guilty to being in possession of heroin on Dec. 29, 2017.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced him to two years of community control, and ordered him to pay prosecution costs; stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol; abide by a 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew; successfully complete the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy program; successfully complete treatment with the A Renewed Mind program and any recommended aftercare; and successfully complete the Fulton County Drug Court program.

Failure to comply could result in 11 months in prison.
