Grand jury indicts 29 people


The Fulton County grand jury recently considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.

Nathan Jewell, 30, Swanton, was indicted on one count of domestic violence, aggravated burglary, and violating a protection order. On or about July 19, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member. He also allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure when another person was present and allegedly had a deadly weapon on his person.

Zachary M. Shirkey, 26, Rossford, was indicted on two counts of unauthorized use of the law enforcement automated data system. On or about January 21, 2016 and April 9, he allegedly gained access to the law enforcement automated database system without consent.

Megan Osborne-Steuer, 28, Lyons, possession of cocaine. On or about May 11, she allegedly possessed cocaine.

Mohammed Omara, 34, Toledo, aggravated possession of drugs. On or about June 8, he allegedly possessed a controlled substance.

Keith McCullough, 41, Delta, possession of cocaine. On or about May 2, he allegedly possessed cocaine.

Scott Rodgers, 43, Adrian, theft and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. On or about March 17-May 5, he allegedly stole property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500. He also allegedly participated in the affairs of an enterprise through a pattern of corrupt activity.

Bradley Duden, 44, Wauseon, two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. On or about Aug. 2, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and allegedly refused to submit to a chemical test.

Charles Coffelt, 26, Wauseon, possession of heroin, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering children. On or about April 24, he allegedly possessed heroin and allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs while a child younger than 18 was in the vehicle.

Joshua Miller, 39, Metamora, theft from a person in a protected class. On or about April 24-Aug. 20, he allegedly stole property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500 from an elderly person.

Joseph Lamb, 39, Delta, grand theft, having weapons while under disability and possession of heroin. On or about June 10-Aug. 10, he allegedly stole a firearm and allegedly possessed that firearm while under disability. He also allegedly possessed heroin.

Jason Foster, 27, Wauseon, trafficking in cocaine and permitting drug abuse. On or about Nov. 10, 2017, he allegedly sold or offered to sell cocaine from his motor vehicle.

Jacob Olson, 26, Wauseon, four counts of trafficking in heroin, and aggravated trafficking in drugs. On or about Nov. 6-20, 2017, he allegedly sold or offered to sell heroin and methamphetamine.

Brandon Bailey, 26, Napoleon, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present. On or about Aug. 10, he allegedly trespassed in a habitation when a person was present or likely to be present.

Laura Gilmer, 48, Bryan, possession of heroin. On or about March 16, she allegedly possessed heroin.

Elizabeth Norman, 52, Swanton, possession of cocaine. On or about Nov. 11, 2017, she allegedly possessed cocaine.

Thomas Partin, 52, Swanton, possession of cocaine. On or about Nov. 11, 2017, he allegedly possessed cocaine.

Aaron Bowers, 26, Archbold, possession of LSD and trafficking in LSD. On or about Aug. 12, he allegedly transported LSD for sale by himself or another person.

Amy Downey, 52, Napoleon, possession of heroin and possession of drugs. On or about Jan. 11, she allegedly possessed heroin and another controlled substance.

Corey Robinson, 23, Swanton, possession of cocaine. On or about April 10, he allegedly possessed cocaine.

Michael Wallace, 34, Swanton, possession of cocaine. On or about April 10, he allegedly possessed cocaine.

Joseph Mattison, 39, Delta, obstructing official business, failure to reinstate a license, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and having weapons while under disability. On or about July 25, he allegedly prevented or obstructed the performance by a public official of his lawful duties. He also allegedly transported a firearm in a motor vehicle while under disability.

Jason Grubb, 31, Montpelier, possession of heroin and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. On or about Dec. 5, 2017, he allegedly possessed heroin, methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Avante Koonce, 25, Wauseon, failure to provide notice of change of address. On or about Jan. 18, having been a convicted sex offender, he allegedly failed to provide written notice of his change of address of his place of employment to the county sheriff, as required by law.

Matthew Andrews, 30, Wauseon, illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented material or performance, pandering obscenity involving a minor and sexual imposition. On or about Feb. 18, he allegedly possessed obscene material that showed a minor in a state of nudity. He also allegedly had sexual contact with a minor older than 13 but younger than 16.

Justin Gowing, 23, Swanton, theft. On or about March 26-April 17, he allegedly stole tools valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.

Porfirio Diaz Jr., 59, Toledo, nine counts of breaking and entering, three counts of theft, two counts of grand theft, attempted breaking and entering and receiving stolen property. On or about Feb. 3-May 3, he allegedly trespassed in several unoccupied structures and stole property valued at more than $1,000. He also allegedly received property knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that it had been stolen.

Crecencio Morales, 32, Toledo, seven counts of breaking and entering, grand theft, attempted breaking and entering, receiving stolen property and three counts of theft. On or about Feb. 3-May 3, he allegedly trespassed in several unoccupied structures and stole property valued at more than $1,000. He also allegedly received property knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that it had been stolen.

Tyler Reed, 25, Delta, possession of heroin. On or about Feb. 8, he allegedly possessed heroin.

Ashley Wheeler, 26, Swanton, possession of heroin. On or about Feb. 8, she allegedly possessed heroin.

An indictment is merely an accusation. All criminal defendents are presumed innocent until and unless they are found guilty.
