The following individual was sentenced recently by Judge James E. Barber in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.
Brad Pike, 39, of Morenci, Mich., previously pleaded no contest, and was found guilty, of failure to stop after an accident. On June 15, 2013, he failed to stop after a collision.
He was sentenced to two years of community control, and ordered to: pay restitution of $1, 454.84; have no contacts with the victims; stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol; abide by an 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew; serve 30 days in the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio with work release; attend a minimum of one Alcoholics Anonymous meeting per week; be assessed for alcohol treatment and successfully complete all treatment recommendations; and surrender his driver’s license for two years, with privileges for work, meetings with probation officer, and treatment.
Failure to comply could result in eight months in prison.
