NAPOLEON – The NWOAL bowling tournament was held Saturday at River City Bowl-A-Way in Napoleon with Bryan placing first in both the boys and girls events. With their effort, the Golden Bears secured a pair of league titles.

Bryan placed first in the boys match with a 3,838 total score. The Golden Bears won the girls match with a 3,578 total.

In the county, the Evergreen boys were the highest finisher, taking third with a 3,591 total. They were led by Nick Hudik who placed 10th after rolling a 557.

Wauseon’s boys took fifth with a 3,383. Individually for the Indians, Nic Kearney finished 8th with a 602.

For Delta, Dylan Swicegood placed fourth with a 623. Swanton’s Jeremy Zalecki recorded a 617 to finish sixth.

Wauseon was third in the girls match with a 3,205 total. The Indians were led by Mackayla Kearney who placed third with a score of 597.
