Blackbirds shut out, respond with victory over North Central

Pettisville baseball was held to just two hits in a 10-0 six-inning shutout on the road at Edon on Monday.

Logan Rufenacht and Christian Barhite had hits for Pettisville. Barhite allowed eight runs on six hits, striking out four and walking six in four innings of work.

The Blackbirds then won at North Central on Tuesday, 12-1. Landon Roth got the win on the mound, while Christian Barhite finished 2 for 4 with four RBIs.

Pettisville is now 2-5 overall and 2-2 in the BBC.
