Flea market for kids set for SPL

Teens and children are invited to bring unwanted items to the Swanton Public Library on Friday, Aug. 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to sell on the library lawn. Bring a table, lawn chair, or blanket and set up your saleable items.

Don’t forget there is very little shade on the front lawn, so bring sun protection and fluids. Teens and children will need to make your own change for items sold.

Set up begins after 9:30 a.m. Setting up in the park is not permitted. Adults may not staff booths but may assist with pricing and sales. No pets allowed. Also, animal sales are not permitted.

The flea market is open to everyone (both children and adults) for shopping. Rain date is Saturday, Aug. 26. No registration is required.

Call Staci or Leanna at 419-826-2760 if you have questions, or contact them through the website at www.swantonpubliclibrary.org.

Swanton Library is located at 305 Chestnut St.
