Delta woman sentenced for drug offense


The following individuals were sentenced recently by Judge Jeffrey Robinson in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.

Heidi Bates, 24, of Delta previously pleaded guilty to attempted theft of drugs. On March 7, 2017, she attempted to to steal drugs.

She was sentenced to three years of community control, and ordered to: pay $750 restitution to the victim; stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol; abide by an 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew; and report immediately to the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio until accepted at Serenity Haven, and successfully complete all aftercare.

Failure to comply could result in 11 months in prison.
