The following individuals were sentenced recently by Judge Jeffrey Robinson in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.
Nicholas Navarre, 19, of Swanton previously pleaded guilty to attempted trafficking in marijuana. On May 2, 2016, he attempted to sell marijuana.
He was sentenced to two years of community control, and ordered to: be assessed for drug treatment; stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol; and serve 10 days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio with work release.
Failure to comply could result in 170 days in jail.
Angela M. Mossing, 35, of Lyons was convicted of possession of heroin. On or about Aug. 3, 2016, she possessed heroin.
She was sentenced to five years of community control, and ordered to pay prosecution costs and successfully complete the drug court program.
Failure to comply could result in 12 months in prison.
