An Archbold man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on Monday for stealing and reselling grain.

Judge James E. Barber sentenced Tyler Gray, 32, to two years of community control, and ordered him to pay all prosecution costs; pay restitution of $128,000 to the victim jointly and severally with a co-defendant; have no contact with the victim or co-defendant; and serve 180 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio in Stryker, with work release privileges.

Gray had previously pleaded guilty to the theft, which he committed between April 8, 2014, and April 8, 2015.
