College honors distributed


The following Fulton County residents are the recipients of college honors:

David Williams of Wauseon has been named to the Graceland University Dean’s List. Students with a GPA between 3.25 and 3.64 are named to the list.

The university is located in Lamoni, Ia.

Trine University of Angola, Ind., recognized six Fulton County residents among more than 250 students at its annual Honors Program on April 29. They are:

Michael Becker, Wauseon, for Magna Cum Laude, Chi Alpha Sigma, Omega Chi Epsilon, Tau Beta Pi, and Who’s Who; Aaron Bruner, Wauseon, for Cum Laude; Nicholas Cassidy, Archbold, for Magna Cum Laude, Chi Alpha Sigma, Gold Key, Jannen Renaissance Scholar Award, Omega Chi Epsilon, Phi Eta Sigma, Tau Beta Pi, and Who’s Who; Jonathon Lantz, Archbold, for Magna Cum Laude, Chi Alpha Sigma, Phi Eta Sigma, Pi Tau Sigma, and Tau Beta Pi; Paul Schoenhals, Archbold, for Magna Cum Laude and Gold Key; and Brittany Herr, Metamora, for Magna Cum Laude, Chi Alpha Sigma, Kent and Eileen Alwood Award for Excellence in Student Teaching, Pi Lambda Theta, and Who’s Who.

Students received honors for academic achievement, membership in national honor societies, and leadership in their academic field.
