The following individuals were sentenced recently by Judge James E. Barber in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.
Jonathan Gerard Jr., 35, of Delta pleaded no contest was found gullty of aggravated assault, On Oct. 17, 2015, he caused serious physical harm to another.
He was sentenced to two years of community control, and ordered to: successfully complete the anger management course at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio; obtain his GED; have no contact wlth the victim; stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol; seek and malntaln employment; and serve 61 days In the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, with credit for time served.
Failure to comply could result in 12 months in prison.
Timothy Printke II, 21, of Delta previously pleaded guilty to burglary. On May 6, 2015, he entered a home with the purpose to commit a criminal offense.
He was sentenced to three years of community control and ordered to: pay prosecution costs and appointed attorney fees; have no contact with the victim; stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol or any illegal substance; seek and maintain employment; and successfully complete the SEARCH rehabilitation program in Bowling Green.
Failure to comply could result in 24 months in prison.
