Wauseon Fire releases monthly report


There were 119 calls for the Wauseon Fire Department during the month of February: 67 rescues, two injury accidents, 12 fires, 10 mutual aids and 28 M-85 transports. The total cost of all calls is $1,887.25.

City of Wauseon: Eighty-nine calls – 43 people were transported – total cost of the calls is $678.62.

There were 55 rescues, one injury accident, five fires and 28 M-85 transports.

Dover Township: Three calls – one person was transported – total cost of the calls is $268.26.

There was one rescue and two fires.

Clinton Township: Eleven calls – six people were transported – total cost of the calls is $935.36.

There were five rescues, one injury accident and five fires.

York Township: Three rescue calls – two people were transported – total cost of the calls $5.00.

Ohio Turnpike: One rescue call – one person was transported – no cost for the call.

Chesterfield Township: Two rescue calls – no one was transported – no cost for the calls.

Village of Lyons: Five mutual aid rescues – two people were transported – no cost for the call.

Royalton Township: One mutual aid rescue – one person was transported – no cost for the call.

Village of Archbold: Two mutual aid rescues – one person was transported – no cost for the calls.

Henry County: One mutual aid rescue – one person was transported – no cost for the call.

Village of Fayette: One mutual aid rescue – one person was transported – no cost for the call.
