Woman sentenced for allowing drug sale


A Metamora woman has been sentenced to community control in Fulton County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty to permitting a drug sale in her home.

Tracy Bloodworth, 35, previously pleaded guilty to permitting drug abuse. On Aug. 4, 2014, she allowed drugs to be sold in her residence.

Judge James E. Barber sentenced Bloodworth to two years of community control, and ordered her to pay prosecution costs, including counsel fees; pay restitution of $157 to the Multi Area Narcotics Task Force; complete a GED; successfully complete the Changing Offender Behavior Program; stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol; serve four days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, with credit for time served; and surrender her driver’s license for six months, with privileges for work, probation appointments, transporting her child, and for treatment.
