Wauseon man sentenced in theft


A Wauseon man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on Monday for aiding in stealing money, according to Prosecutor Scott Haselman.

Judge James E. Barber ordered Larry Frost Jr., 20, to serve two years of community control. Frost pleaded no contest and was found guilty of complicity to commit theft for an incident on July 16, 2015.

He was also ordered to have no contact with the victims; stay out of bars; not possess or consume alcohol; serve 180 days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, with 166 days suspended and credit for nine days served; seek and maintain employment; and successfully complete the Changing Offender Behavior Program.
