4:46 p.m. – Aubrieana R. Frost, 16, Wauseon, was northbound on State Highway 108, Clinton Twp. and was crossing County Road D. A tractor-trailer rig driven by Raymond N. Herrick, 72, Blissfield, Mich., was also northbound on State Highway 108 and attempted to turn left onto eastbound County Road D and struck Frost’s vehicle.
Friday, Sept. 25
5:59 p.m. – Brian R. Williams, 37, Holland, Ohio, was northbound on State Highway 64, Fulton Twp., when his vehicle struck a Key Shopper News box.
Wednesday, Sept. 30
5:03 p.m. – D. Ryan Powers, 41, Fayette, was exiting a private driveway at 19986 US 20, Gorham Twp. operating a tractor-trailer rig. The trailer was in the upright position and snagged Toledo Edison wires and caused damage to the wires and utility poles.
Thursday, Oct. 1
4:57 a.m. – Richard A. Stevens, 47, Morenci, Mich., was southbound on State Highway 108, Chesterfield Twp., when his vehicle struck a deer in the roadway.
5:47 p.m. – Lori A. Ploegmakers, 54, Wauseon, was westbound on County Road L, Franklin Twp., when her vehicle struck a dog in the roadway. The dog belonged to Jason and Lynette Smith, 23513 County Road L, Archbold.
6:00 p.m. – Christopher M. Zamora, 23, Wauseon, was eastbound on County Road 19, German Twp., when his vehicle went left of center, left the roadway and struck a plastic field tile.
11:06 p.m. – Matthew J. Wagner, 31, Perrysburg, Ohio, eastbound on US 20, Gorham Twp. A vehicle driven by James N. Masters, 19, Waldron, Mich., was northbound on County Road 23. Masters’ vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign and Wagner’s vehicle struck Masters’ vehicle. Wagner’s vehicle continued and went off the left side of the roadway and struck several trees. Those injured were transported to medical facilities. Masters was cited for traffic device – stop sign.
Saturday, Oct. 3
6:31 p.m. – Cora A. Hancock, 23, Swanton, was southbound on County Road 14, Dover Twp. She slowed down to turn east onto County Road H. Brooke E. Nichols, 15, Wauseon, was also traveling south on County Road 14. Nichols failed to slow down and rear ended Hancock’s vehicle. Nichols was cited for assured clear distance ahead – speeding.
