Saturday set for Barton twin’s benefit in Pettisville


On Saturday, Oct. 10 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Pettisville Missionary Church, 19055 County Road D, Pettisville a benefit is planned to assist with medical expenses which exceed insurance coverage, surrounding the premature birth of Selah Lynn and Brynn Ann Barton, the twin girls of Ben and Kelsey (Burkholder) Barton.

Born on June 30, 2015, at only 25 weeks, both sisters have had numerous complications. Even when the girls leave the hospital, there will be many medical, diagnostic and therapy treatments.

The entertainment consists of 1 AD, The Waglers along with David and Aliese Hill. The menu consists of pulled pork and sloppy Joe sandwiches, with side dishes, topped with homemade ice cream made from the Burkholder family recipe.

There will be silent auctions, a Chinese auction and bake sale.
