Lions Club members awarded


Two longtime Archbold Lions Club members were recently named Melvin Jones Fellows. Jerry Rohrs and Karlin Wyse received a plaque from the Lions Club International Foundation from former District 13-1 Governor and current Lions Club International Foundation Coordinator Barbara Plaugher. The Fellow is based on clubs’ donations to humanitarian needs in communities around the world. Rohrs and Wyse have been active members of the Archbold Lions Club for 45 years, and were nominated by the club because of their many community efforts.
