McQuade honored for service


Daniel P. McQuade of Swanton, center, was recognized by the Ohio State Bar Association at the District 3 annual meeting Sept. 19 for 50 years of service to the profession. McQuade practices with The McQuades Co., L.P.A. McQuade is an AV Preeminent-rated attorney who focuses on criminal defense, estate planning, personal injury law, family law, and real estate. He has served as the president of both the Fulton County Bar Association and the Northwest Ohio Bar Association. He is also the founder of the Daniel P. McQuade Family Scholarship Endowment, which provides financial assistance to students at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. McQuade received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and was awarded The Ohio State University Alumni Association Community Service Award in 2011 for his work in the community.
